Lisa M. Adams is an experienced attorney that implements sophisticated estate and gift tax planning techniques. A trusted advisor to her clients, she concentrates her practice in estate and wealth planning, trust administration, closely-held business succession, and taxation.
Well known for the time and effort she invests in her clients, Lisa’s practice ranges from traditional estate planning to constructing, designing, and implementing complex intergenerational, international structures designed to achieve income and transfer tax savings.
Lisa earned her Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University in 2000, her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1999 and her Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1996. She is admitted to the Kansas, Massachusetts and Missouri Bars.
