On Friday, January 29, 2016, Laura E. Krebs Al-Shathir will participate in a panel about S Corporations entitled: “Important Developments”. The panel will feature a lively discussion of recent legislative, administrative and judicial developments relating to S Corporations and their shareholders. Bryan Keith of Grant Thornton LLP, will be a co-panelist and the panel will be moderated by Brad Gould of Dean Mead Minton & Zwemer.
The 2016 American Bar Association (ABA) Tax Midyear Meeting, held in Los Angeles, California, is presented by the ABA Section of Taxation. The meeting addresses a wide variety of relevant tax issues in over 35 areas of tax law and is attended by some of the country’s foremost attorneys and government officials.
