Christine works with attorneys on behalf of borrowers, lenders, developers, landlords, tenants, purchasers and sellers in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, leases, developments and financing. She has extensive experience in multi-state, multi-site transactions, including preparation of closing timelines and checklists, and organization and management of documentation. Clients appreciate Christine’s deep and unique experience in the real estate industry. She collaborates closely with clients, attorneys, title officers and surveyors. Christine finds the detective work of due diligence gratifying, knowing it allows clients to concentrate on their businesses while legal teams ensure transactions are accurate and complete. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Legal Analyst and Legal Department Coordinator for one of the largest real estate investment trust (REIT) shopping center developers in the country and served as lead coordinator for transactions involving malls, neighborhood shopping centers and peripheral land, including purchase and sale agreements and ground leases.
