For over two decades, Francis “Butch” Miller has represented developers, purchasers, sellers, and investors during all phases of the acquisition, development, construction, and financing of all types of real estate, including retail, multi-family, office, industrial and land. He is known for his practical approach to representing a wide range of clients, from large corporations to small start-up businesses in a variety of different fields, including healthcare, restaurants, non-profit sport teams, churches and equity investors. Butch regularly advises clients on title and survey matters, purchase and sale agreements, easements, liens, property tax appeals, as well as leases. Butch strives to provide practical and creative solutions to his clients' legal issues so that they can make good decisions and pursue their opportunities. He frequently helps clients form new companies, and advise them on contracts, mergers and acquisitions, the acquisition, financing, and disposition of assets, and general business matters. He focuses on serving not only a trusted legal advisor for his clients but also being a relationship builder, linking clients with his network of seasoned and talented business and entrepreneurial connections.
