Experience at Work

Stacy takes a practical approach when working with her national and local clients on leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and all aspects of development, operations and management of retail, office and industrial projects. She has been sought after by clients to lead in the development and negotiation of documentation for transactions and portfolio management, focusing on time and operational efficiencies all the while maintaining client protection from increased costs and liability exposure. Stacy's experience ranges from a $500,000,000 multi-state acquisition of an office and retail portfolio to 2,000sf "mom and pop" retail leases, and enjoys the challenge of ensuring that her clients' goals are achieved in each transaction. Prior to joining Capes Sokol, Stacy was a partner at a boutique law firm specializing in real estate law, and was a partner at an AmLaw 150 law firm where she led the firm’s retail real estate practice and was a founding member of the firm’s nationally recognized Retail Institute.
