Tim Schweiss, an associate in our Business & Real Estate Practice Group, provides clients with guidance in mergers, acquisitions, real estate, corporate governance, employment compliance, and tax matters. He combines a strong background in law and accounting, having earned his Master of Accountancy and Tax Certificate from the University of Missouri, followed by his Juris Doctor and Employment Law Certificate from Saint Louis University, and later earning his SHRM-CP certification. With experience in private practice and as in-house counsel, Tim is able to effectively balance our clients’ business interests while delivering comprehensive tailored solutions that meet our clients' wide array of legal needs.
