Experience at Work

Tim Schweiss, an associate in our Business & Real Estate Practice Group, provides clients with guidance in mergers, acquisitions, real estate, corporate governance, employment compliance, and tax matters. He combines a strong background in law and accounting, having earned his Master of Accountancy and Tax Certificate from the University of Missouri, followed by his Juris Doctorand Employment Law Certificate from Saint Louis University, and later earning his SHRM-CP certification. With experience in private practice and as in-house counsel, Tim is able to effectively balance our clients’ business interests while delivering comprehensive tailored solutions that meet our clients' wide array of legal needs.

In the Community

Tim actively contributes to the community as a board member and Finance Committee member for Forest Park Forever Young Friends since 2023. During law school, he was a member of the Saint Louis University School of Law Trial Team and served as President of the Tax Law Club from 2020 to 2021. Outside of work, Tim enjoys conservation, soccer, and spending time with his family.
