Blackwell & Boxerman to Present on Bitcoin and DeFi at 2022 MOSOLO
On June 9, 2022, Andrew W. Blackwell and Sanford J. Boxerman, members of Capes Sokol’s Digital Currency & Blockchain Technology practice group, will present, “Bitcoin and Decentralized Finance (‘DeFi’): An Overview of the History of Cryptocurrencies, Regulatory Challenges, and Opportunities”.
The presentation, part of the Missouri Bar’s Annual Solo & Small Firm Conference, will summarize the Bitcoin, Ethereum, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. They will discuss the creation of Bitcoin and DeFi protocols, as well as the myriad of legal questions facing the industry.
