Capes Sokol’s Third Expansion in Seven Years
The law firm of Capes, Sokol, Goodman & Sarachan, P.C. signed a three-year lease agreement for its third expansion in seven years, comprising an additional 1,940 square feet on the third floor of the Pierre Laclede Center in Clayton, MO. The Firm currently leases the entire 12th floor in the same building and will now occupy a total of 17,467 square feet with the new expansion. The announcement was made by Jeffrey A. Cohen, a shareholder and member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.
“We have recently hired a number of outstanding lawyers to address the increasing needs of our client base,” said Cohen. “As a consequence, we have again outgrown our current office space and must look to expand.”
