Firm Expands Office Space by 25%
Capes, Sokol, Goodman & Sarachan just inked an eight-year lease in the Pierre Laclede Building at 7701 Forsyth, where the Clayton law firm opened shop five years ago.
“We are pleased to be able to grow in this highly desirable and convenient location,” said Jeffrey A. Cohen.
The lease for 12,500 square feet is a 25% increase over current space, almost tripling the space since the firm’s inception. The firm has been increasing its staff during the past year, adding one partner, one senior practitioner, two associates and one executive director.
