Experience at Work

Elizabeth "Libby" McKown is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group at Capes Sokol. Libby has a strong background in business litigation, including the resolution of corporate disputes, as well as real estate, title, construction, and employment litigation. She further has experience serving as national coordinating counsel to multinational corporations, assisting them through complex litigation issues. Libby's broad legal experience includes transactional matters, premises liability, personal injury, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance.

In the Community

Elizabeth is conversational in Japanese and French and taught piano part-time during university. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and exploring the latest Apple+ series.
