Zoe Hall is an associate in Capes Sokol’s Business & Real Estate Practice Group, advising clients on business formation, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating operating agreements, partnership agreements, sales contracts, deeds, loan documents, and service contracts.

Zoe also counsels financial institutions and real estate clients on federal and state compliance matters, including the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and UCC provisions in Missouri and Illinois.
