Capes Sokol Welcomes Elizabeth W. McKown to the Litigation Practice Group
Capes Sokol is pleased to announce that Elizabeth W. McKown has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Elizabeth has a strong background in business litigation, including the resolution of corporate disputes, as well as real estate, construction, and employment litigation. Elizabeth’s broad legal experience includes transactional matters, premises liability, personal injury, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance.
Elizabeth earned her law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law in May 2021. During her time there, she was a Dean’s Select Scholar Scholarship Recipient, an editor for the Saint Louis University Law Journal, and participated in the School of Law Madrid Summer Program in 2019. She also served as an International Student Mentor.
