Karl A. Borgsmiller Named 2025 Up & Coming Honoree by Missouri Lawyers Media

Karl and his fellow honorees were celebrated on Thursday, October 9, at the Missouri Athletic Club in St. Louis, Missouri. The honorees will also be featured in a special section of the October issue of Missouri Lawyers Media magazine.

Karl practices complex civil litigation with a focus on commercial matters, representing businesses and individuals in state and federal courts nationwide. An experienced litigator, he has handled cases involving contract disputes, real estate and property issues, construction defects, eminent domain, tax, product and premises liability, commercial vehicle collisions, and business torts, including trade secrets, defamation, injurious falsehood, tortious interference, conversion, misrepresentation, and breach of fiduciary duty.
