He has practiced in state and federal courts throughout the United States and successfully resolved numerous cases through dispositive motions and mediation. Prior to joining Capes Sokol, Karl practiced at a national law firm as a member of national and local counsel teams representing clients in general liability, commercial litigation, mass torts, product liability, premises liability, and commercial vehicle collision cases.
