Payment options

Capes Sokol makes it easy and convenient for clients to pay for legal services through the firm's secure online payment system, powered by SurePoint Pay. Clients may pay invoices and retainer deposits by credit card, debit card, or e-check through SurePoint Pay. Traditional payment methods, including paper checks and ACH or wire transfers initiated through your financial institution, are also accepted.

Beginning in July 2026, a 3% processing fee will be applied by SurePoint Pay to all credit card payments made through the online payment system. This fee reflects the cost charged by the payment processor and is not retained by the firm. No processing fee applies to debit card or e-check payments made through SurePoint Pay, or to payments made by check, ACH transfer, or wire transfer.
