Al-Shathir and Schwerin to Speak at ABA Tax Section 2018 Midyear Meeting
Over three days in February, members of the Capes Sokol Tax Controversy and Litigation practice group will present in front of an audience of the country’s foremost tax practitioners and government officials at the 2018 American Bar Association (ABA) Tax Midyear Meeting.
Laura E. Krebs Al-Shathir will participate in a panel about S Corporations entitled: “Important Developments in the Federal Income Taxation of S Corporations” and Michelle F. Schwerin will participate in a panel about Civil & Criminal Tax Penalties entitled: “Reports of Subcommittees on Important Developments”.

The 2018 American Bar Association (ABA) Tax Midyear Meeting, held in San Diego, California, is presented by the ABA Section of Taxation.
