The Bar Plan Mutual Insurance Company recently announced the addition of Sara Neill to their Board of Directors.

As a Shareholder at the law firm of Capes Sokol, Sara is Chair of the Civil and Criminal Tax Controversy and Litigation group. In her practice she represents individuals and businesses in civil and criminal federal and state tax matters involving the Internal Revenue Service and Missouri Department of Revenue.

Sara is the President-Elect of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, as well as a member of its St. Louis Attorneys Against Hunger Committee.  Sara regularly lectures at meetings of the American Bar Association’s Taxation Section, and currently serves on its Civil and Criminal Tax Penalties Committee as Co-Chair of the Sub-Committee on Important Civil Developments and as member of the Appointments to the U.S. Tax Court Committee.
