Meyer Selected as 2021 “Best M&A Provider” in St. Louis
St. Louis Small Business Monthly has named John S. Meyer, Jr. a 2021 “Best M&A Provider”. The publication accepts nominations and surveys its readers for the best M&A providers and advisors to business owners in St. Louis.
John is widely recognized for guiding and resolving complex legal matters related to for-profit and non-profit companies, commercial real estate and business transactions. He is a talented collaborator who has represented clients in commercial transactions and disputes resolved through litigation, mediation and arbitration.
John’s involvement as debtors’ counsel in the successful Chapter 11 restructuring of Interco and his role in the sale of several Brown Shoe Company divisions laid the foundation for John’s long career in representing buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions transactions. He has guided the firm’s clients through several important acquisitions, dispositions, and projects, including acquisitions by Prism Medical USA, Handicare, and Wallis Oil Companies.
