Experience at Work

Gary is an experienced trial attorney, primarily representing businesses in litigation matters. Closely held corporations and other business entities seek his counsel in all matters of commercial litigation, including shareholder and internal business disputes. Gary has handled administrative law issues related to professional disciplinary actions for many years.

Gary was formerly an Administrative Law Judge for the City of St. Louis Civil Service Commission and a Provisional Municipal Judge for the City of St. Louis, Missouri. In 2007, the Missouri Supreme Court appointed Gary to its Regional Disciplinary Committee for Region X. Gary served until January 1, 2016, and was appointed Committee Chair in 2012. He also served for several years as Disciplinary Hearing Officer for the Missouri Supreme Court Advisory Committee.

In the Community

In his free time, Gary serves as a Board Member of Habitat for Humanity of Addison County, a nonprofit organization that partners with people in need to build and renovate decent, affordable housing. Gary is also on the Board of Directors of Special Olympics of Vermont, and coaches the Addison County Special Olympics Basketball Team.
