Al-Shathir Quoted in Bloomberg Law Daily Tax Report S Corporation Article
Laura E. Krebs Al-Shathir, Capes Sokol Counsel, was recently quoted in the Bloomberg Law article, “Tax Law Prompts S Corps to Examine Their Structures: A Primer”. The article discusses how S corporations are beginning to determine how the new tax law will affect their businesses. The new tax law ( Pub. L. No. 115-97), which changes the effective tax rate for many companies, are significant enough for every business to take a look at what makes the most sense for them.
