He has practiced in state and federal courts throughout the United States and successfully resolved numerous cases through dispositive motions and mediation. His commitment to excellence ensures that clients receive the highest level of representation and advocacy.

Prior to joining Capes Sokol, Karl practiced at a national law firm as a member of national and local counsel teams representing clients in general liability, commercial litigation, mass torts, product liability, premises liability, and commercial vehicle collision cases.
