Sabin to Present at 2021 VLAA LLC Clinic
On December 4, 2021, Brian J. Sabin, a shareholder in the Capes Sokol Business and Finance, and Real Estate Practice Areas, will give a presentation on the basics of limited liability companies at an LLC Clinic organized by St. Louis Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts (“VLAA”).
