Nick focuses his practice on real estate transactions, as well as other corporate matters, including business entity formation, mergers & acquisitions, and other commercial transactions.

Before joining Capes Sokol, Nick practiced at a local realty firm reviewing purchase and sale agreements for purchases of shopping centers and reviewing lease agreements between landlords and tenants of commercial properties. Prior to that, he spent time at a small litigation firm.

Nick recently obtained a Professional Certificate in Corporate Finance from Columbia University’s edX School, ColumbiaX.
